Consultant - EHS

Summary

Join Ramboll's Environment and Health Department as an EHS Consultant and contribute to a sustainable future. This role requires 2-3 years of experience in Compliance, Transaction, and Corporate Services, with a focus on Health & Safety compliance and due diligence in M&A. Key responsibilities include executing environmental and health and safety due diligence, compliance audits, risk assessments, and ESG reviews. Requirements

• A Master level university degree in Occupational Health and Safety/Environmental/Chemical engineering, Environmental Science or similar
• Knowledge and familiarity with D. Lgs. 81/2008 and D. Lgs 152/2006, ASTM standards

Responsibilities

• Execution of Environmental and/or Health and Safety Due Diligence
• Execution of EHS compliance audits
• Execution of H&S Risk Assessments and review of H&S Plan
• Execution of ESG review
• Taking direct part in the assignments, with direct interaction with Clients and third parties (e.g. lawyers, advisors, vendor/buyer, regulators) and implies strong soft skills (e.g. negotiation, communication, strategic vision) and capabilities in problem-solving and teamwork
• Proposal and reporting in Italian or English language

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluent in Italian & English both spoken and written, a third language (e.g. German, Spanish, French) is a plus
• Knowledge of the decommissioning, REACH and CLP regulation is a plus
