Requirements

Be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for current or future employer sponsorship

Responsibilities

  • Think strategically and align product go-to-market strategies with overall business objectives
  • Transform strategic plans into tangible outcomes, ensuring effective product launches, market penetration, and successful alignment of cross-functional teams for sustained business impact
  • Analyze metrics and KPIs to measure the success of go-to-market strategies
  • Develop sales enablement tools, training materials, and playbooks to support the sales team in effectively communicating the value of the product
  • Develop clear and compelling product messaging
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Adapt to changing market conditions, customer needs, and competitive landscapes
  • Achieve key performance indicators and drive measurable success in product launches

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have 4+ years of experience in industry, preferably rewards or discount-based e-Commerce
  • Have a passion for the ads industry and user experience
  • Possess adaptability and flexibility to handle changing market conditions
  • Have excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Have experience with the CPG, Retail and/or Restaurant industries
  • Have a proven track record of successful product launches
