Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product, project, or program management; or business operations
- Experience implementing productivity frameworks such as Agile, Kan Ban, Sprint, and Scrum methodologies
- Experience managing operational platforms such as JIRA, as well as CMS and LMS content libraries
- Demonstrated skills in driving process improvements and securing stakeholder alignment across all levels using structured change management approaches such as the ADKAR model
- Strong analytical acumen with hands-on expertise in data visualization and analysis using tools like Looker and Tableau
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve work intake processes to ensure clarity, scalability, and alignment across teams
- Develop and maintain tools and systems that support capacity planning, resource allocation, and prioritization across multiple workstreams
- Collaborate cross-functionally to build and maintain an effective content operations roadmap that supports business goals and adapts to evolving needs
- Analyze workflows and surface opportunities to streamline operations, improve turnaround times, and reduce friction for content creators and stakeholders
- Evaluate and implement productivity tools that improve collateral pipeline visibility, operational reporting, and cross-team collaboration
- Support other high-impact content and learning initiatives as needed, ensuring smooth execution and operational alignment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leveraging AI-powered tools to improve quality and process efficiency is strongly preferred
- Knowledge of AI governance, prompt engineering, and natural language processing (NLP) evaluation is a valuable asset
