Content Coordinator

Summary

Join Granicus as a Content Coordinator and work directly with the Project Management team to plan and execute the build out of sites using the Simpleview CMS.

Requirements

• Task-oriented who can readily prioritize individual tasks amongst a diverse set spanning all projects, with a strong detail focus
• Effective communicator who is comfortable working with various functional teams (designers, developers, analysts)
• Experience with enterprise level CMS and CRM platforms. E.g. Drupal, Wordpress, Adobe Experience Manager, Salesforce, Hubspot
• Experience with G Suite or Microsoft Office, Adobe CC
• Experience and understanding of the latest trends in web development and design
• Proficiency in English and Portuguese, both written and spoken, is required
• Strong communication skills in both languages to interact effectively with clients and team members

Responsibilities

• Verify deliverables for content migration and site build out, including sitemap and collected content
• Create individual layouts and supporting elements for use as part of the sitemap build out process
• Identify and track additional content needs as part of the sitemap build out process
• Identify quality issues as part of the build process and assign actionable items to the development team for resolution
• Collaborate with project managers to facilitate prioritization and trade-off discussions
