Content Experience Coordinator

Summary

Join our team as a Content Experience Coordinator and generate and manage content for our N2-owned publications. This role involves fostering the reputation of publications among resident readers, creating high-quality and engaging product-specific content, and managing the content cycle.

• Strong organization, writing, and editing skills
• Familiarity with N2’s Corporate Publications program
• The ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and build resident relationships and engagement through the content of the publication
• Generate product-specific content from readers while balancing the overall quality and page count goals of each publication
• Efficiently manage multiple deadlines, ensuring all content is prepared and organized
• Respond promptly and professionally to emails related to content submissions and queries
• Proof publications for content quality and accuracy
• Assist with change requests during the revisions process
• Foster and maintain strong professional relationships with Area Directors, residents, and fellow team members
• Follow the program’s specifications to ensure effective communication and content alignment
