Summary
Join ActivTrak as a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager and support lifecycle programs across the customer journey. You will develop strategies, implement campaigns, and monitor KPIs to nurture relationships, acquire new customers, retain existing ones, and win back previous customers. This role requires collaboration with various teams and a focus on educating audiences through multiple channels. You will manage customer communications, support webinars, create marketing copy, and oversee peer review programs. The position is remote within the US and offers minimal travel.
Requirements
- 4 or more years of B2B marketing experience
- The proven ability to define marketing objectives, execute integrated campaigns, and track & evaluate results
- A creative problem solver capable of navigating a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Exceptional project management skills and attention to detail. Excellent organizational skills. Problem-solver with the ability to guide a team to a high standard of excellence
- A proven track record in lifecycle marketing with a focus on retention and revenue growth
- Proven experience directly managing end-to-end campaign development
- CRM (Salesforce) and marketing platform (Marketo, On24) proficiency
Responsibilities
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of our customers (future, current and past ones) and their buyer journey
- Define and implement programmatic campaigns that align with quarterly initiatives
- Determine and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for success across the buyerβs journey
- Own our customer advocacy program across third-party sites like G2, TrustRadius and more
- Create and execute multi-channel lifecycle campaigns across email, in-app notifications, re-targeting and more
- Manage monthly communications with customers
- Support webinar planning, strategy and execution
- Write & edit copy for webcast abstracts, emails and more
- QA and approve lifecycle communications
- Continue, evolve and manage our peer review programs across TrustRadius, G2, Capterra and more
- Coordinate complex lifecycle workflows from end to end
- Project manage lifecycle campaigns from conception to reporting
- Define content strategy to support lifecycle campaigns
