Responsibilities
- Cultivate and build resident relationships and engagement through the content of the publication
- Generate product-specific content from readers while balancing the overall quality and page count goals of each publication
- Efficiently manage multiple deadlines, ensuring all content is prepared and organized
- Respond promptly and professionally to emails related to content submissions and queries
- Proof publications for content quality and accuracy
- Assist with change requests during the revisions process
- Foster and maintain strong professional relationships with Area Directors, residents, and fellow team members
- Follow the programβs specifications to ensure effective communication and content alignment
