Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in B2B content marketing or copywriting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for explaining complex topics using simple terms
  • Experience with SEO best practices and content optimization techniques
  • Experience writing for different audiences across the sales funnel and familiarity with buyer personas, customer journey mapping, and demand generation content
  • Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress), marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), and basic analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive, collaborative approach and a passion for storytelling and innovation
  • The ability to manage multiple competing priorities and work well in a fast-paced, results-driven culture

Responsibilities

  • Create short- and long-form written content (blogs, eBooks, web pages, guides and templates, email newsletters, email drip sequences, and presentation slides)
  • Collaborate with SEO specialists to optimize content for search engines, ensuring it drives traffic and engagement
  • Refine and update existing content to keep it relevant and engaging
  • Use data insights to make informed decisions about content creation, iteration, and prioritization
  • Conduct interviews and in-depth research to produce content that reflects our thought leadership and expertise
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging topics to ensure our content is timely and relevant
  • Work closely with the content team to help develop the content calendar and execute content strategies aligned with product launches, campaigns, and industry events
  • Work with the marketing ops team to track and report on content performance metrics (e.g., page views, conversions, engagement rates)
  • Use AI tools like Gemini and Copilot to help with content production

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of video or multimedia content production is a plus
