Summary
Join Arlo Solutions, an IT consulting firm, as a Marketing Operations Assistant on a temporary, remote contract. Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns to promote Arlo products and services in alignment with corporate objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives
- Maintain and update marketing databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of customer and prospect information
- Generate reports and analyze data to provide insights for marketing strategy improvement
- Assist in the creation and editing of marketing collateral, including but not limited to, brochures, presentations, and website content
- Coordinate with the content team to ensure consistent messaging and brand guidelines are followed
- Provide logistical support for marketing events, including trade shows, conferences, and webinars
- Coordinate event materials, logistics, and post-event follow-up activities
- Liaise with program operations teams to understand their marketing support needs and ensure alignment with overall business objectives
- Act as a bridge between marketing and program operations to facilitate effective communication and collaboration
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with project management and reporting tools, like Monday.com
- Basic graphic design skills using tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
- Ability to self-direct on tactical execution when provided with strategic guidance
- Familiarity with federal government, military, and/or government contracting
