Responsibilities

  • Content Posting and Management: Daily Article Posting - Upload and manage articles on the client website using WordPress
  • Email and Online Content Creation: HTML Email Creation - Create and format emails in HTML using the 'Keap' tool, ensuring visually appealing and engaging content
  • Video Editing and Production: Assist in creating and editing video content for various platforms, contributing to the overall content strategy
  • Weekly Newswire Preparation: Create the newsletter to be reviewed and approved by The Wise Marketer management and manage its distribution
  • Weekly Newsletter Support: Support the creation of our weekly Newsletter, which is distributed every end of working week. Collect relevant content, draft the newsletter, and ensure timely delivery
  • Social Media Management: Plan and schedule social media posts across various platforms to ensure consistent and engaging content delivery
  • Analytics and Reporting: Analyze website and social media performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of content and campaigns. Prepare regular reports on key metrics and provide insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Content Optimization: Implement SEO best practices to ensure all content is optimized for search engines, improving visibility and organic traffic
  • LearnDash Administration: Administer the LearnDash – learning management system tool for the Loyalty Academy conferences and training programs, ensuring smooth operation and user support
  • Sales Process Management: Enquiry Response: Respond to website enquiries with follow-up information and manage prospects through the sales process
