Summary

Join our growing team as a Content Manager and own our content marketing initiatives across all digital platforms. Drive qualified traffic, leads, and sales by sharing internal expertise with prospects. As a passionate brand storyteller with a journalist's mindset, you'll focus on content performance, reporting, and analytics. You'll also empower team members to share their expertise. The position is fully remote, with occasional travel possible. You will be responsible for content strategy, publication, interviewing experts, email marketing, analytics, SEO, social media distribution, and creating lead generation assets. We are open to hiring someone who is fully remote regardless of location.

Requirements

  • Has used and experimented with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Llama, etc
  • Able to screen out sales pitches and look for the relevant brand and customer story
  • Needs to be continually learning the latest platforms, technology tools and marketing solutions through partnerships
  • Incredible people skills
  • Familiarity with principles of marketing
  • Project management skills to manage editorial schedules and deadlines within corporate and ongoing campaigns
  • Clear articulation of the business goal behind the creation of a piece (or series) of content
  • A passion for new technology tools and usage of those tools within your own blogs and social media outreach
  • The ability to think like an educator, intuitively understanding what the audience needs to know and how they want to consume it
  • Great at telling a story using words, images, or audio, and an understanding of how to create content that draws an audience
  • Impeccable writing and editorial skills, with an outstanding command of the English language

Responsibilities

  • Own the content strategy that allows for consistent publication of the types of content that drives revenue and significantly impacts sales
  • Publish at least three new written pieces of content per week
  • Interviewing internal subject matter experts for content
  • Direct company email marketing efforts, including newsletters and automated workflows
  • Ownership of all analytics and reporting for content marketing efforts
  • Search engine optimization (SEO) efforts for website and content
  • Distribute content via social media for community engagement and long-term content promotion
  • Creating landing pages and other lead generation assets
  • General website updates and enhancements, e.g., new pages and calls-to-action placement
  • Used AI tools to optimize efficiency for the content creation process, including, but not limited to, generating and enhancing new content, evaluating content performance, and streamlining content distribution
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify content topics and develop an editorial calendar

Preferred Qualifications

  • A degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or Public Relations
  • HubSpot experience
  • Print or broadcast journalism training
