Requirements
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills
- 5+ years of experience running paid social media ad campaigns
- Proven ability to deliver data-driven results and meet performance goals
- Proven experience in social media management, content creation, or personal branding, preferably with X and LinkedIn
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to adapt to different personal brand voices
- Strong organizational skills to manage client calls, transcripts, and content schedules
- Proficiency with tools for transcription and social media analytics
- Comfortable running video calls and communicating directly with clients
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently to meet deadlines
- Proficiency in various social media ad platforms, Google Analytics, and Canvas
Responsibilities
- Schedule and lead one-hour monthly video calls with clients to extract key insights, ideas, and narratives for their personal branding strategy
- Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring their brand voice and goals are fully understood
- Use video call transcripts to craft compelling, platform-specific content for X and LinkedIn
- Ensure all content aligns with the clientβs personal branding, messaging, and industry trends
- Edit, proofread, and format content for clarity, engagement, and impact
- Schedule content for publication and manage content calendars to ensure consistency
- Track and analyze content performance using platform analytics tools, providing actionable insights to optimize growth
- Regularly review and adapt strategies to meet client objectives and platform algorithm changes
- Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices for X and LinkedIn to keep client content relevant and impactful
- Create overall paid ads strategy to achieve client goals
- Develop and manage paid ad campaigns on X, LinkedIn, Meta, Google, and other social media
- Conduct audience research and implement advanced targeting strategies
- Perform A/B testing to optimize ad performance and improve ROI
- Analyze campaign performance and generate detailed reports with actionable insights
