Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
- 5 years or more in content marketing, journalism, or a related field, preferably in the technology sector
- Proven experience in a startup environment, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving company and take initiative in building content strategies from the ground up
- Excellent writing and editorial skills, with the ability to distill complex concepts into clear and compelling content
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Experience with content management systems (CMS), social media platforms, and analytics tools
- Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a passion for innovation and technology
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive decision-making
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Department Head and key stakeholders to craft and implement a content strategy that supports SOULCHI’s global transformation mission and mobile application goals
- Conduct research to identify trends in social impact, technology, and mobile app development to keep content relevant and compelling
- Define content themes and topics that align with our audience’s values, interests, and the impact our app aims to create
- Develop and execute social media strategies for platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and others to promote our mission and product
- Manage content calendars, ensuring a steady and engaging presence on social media
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, questions, and messages, fostering a positive and interactive online community
- Monitor social media trends, analyze engagement metrics, and adjust strategies to optimize growth and interaction
- Create content that positions SOULCHI as a thought leader in the social impact and technology space
- Research industry trends and build relationships with influencers, social impact advocates, and tech leaders to expand our reach and credibility
- Identify opportunities for thought leadership, such as speaking engagements, webinars, and industry events that align with our mission
- Write and produce a variety of content including blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, social media posts, videos, and presentations that reflect our brand’s mission and purpose
- Collaborate with design and multimedia teams to produce visual and video content that complements written materials and engages our audience
- Ensure all content aligns with SOULCHI’s tone, voice, and visual identity
- Develop and implement strategies for content distribution across multiple channels, including social media, email, and the SOULCHI website
- Optimize content for SEO to increase visibility and reach in search engines, especially focusing on key terms related to social impact and mobile technology
- Use data-driven approaches to refine and adjust content distribution for maximum engagement and visibility
- Track and report on the performance of content and social media initiatives, using key metrics to gauge effectiveness
- Analyze audience engagement, content reach, and conversions to optimize future content strategies
- Continuously refine content strategies based on performance data, audience feedback, and industry trends
- Work closely with the marketing, product development, and social impact teams to ensure that content aligns with business goals and messaging
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate the features and benefits of our mobile applications into clear and engaging content for a wide audience
- Provide content support for marketing campaigns, product launches, and other strategic initiatives, ensuring consistency across all channels
