Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in product marketing, go-to-market strategy, or B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS, tech, or healthcare industries
- Proven track record of successfully launching and positioning products, developing compelling narratives, and driving measurable business impact
- Strong strategic and creative thinking, with the ability to craft messaging that resonates with buyers while optimizing for performance and engagement
- Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills, ensuring alignment between marketing, product, sales, and customer success teams
- Strong project management abilities, including managing timelines, stakeholder expectations, and deliverables across multiple teams
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, ensuring clear positioning, messaging, and differentiation for Sword Healthβs solutions
- Bridge the gap between business units, verticals, and the commercial team, ensuring a consistent tone of voice, messaging, and market positioning across all touchpoints
- Equip sales teams with high-impact materials, including pitch decks, one-pagers, and objection-handling guides, FAQs & training
- Measure and optimize product marketing performance, using data-driven insights to improve engagement and positioning

- A passion for creativity and innovation, with an eye for disruptive ideas that challenge industry norms
- A hands-on, proactive approach to product marketing, ensuring seamless execution while continually optimizing messaging and positioning
- Demonstrated success in driving product adoption and market awareness through bold and unconventional go-to-market strategies
- Experience collaborating with design, content, and sales teams to deliver integrated, high-impact marketing initiatives
- A portfolio or examples of past product launches, positioning strategies, or sales enablement materials that have driven measurable growth
- Experience in the technology, startup, or scale-up space (industry agnostic)
