Requirements

  • 4+ years of content and copywriting experience, with a focus on email, website, and direct mail customer acquisition at a B2C or B2B2C high growth start-up (preferably early-stage) or top tier agency
  • In or ability to work starting at 9am EST
  • Ability to translate more complex concepts into relatable topics that drives action and develop emotional ties with the consumer
  • Experience refining a brand voice and developing brand positioning
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and internal Growth Marketing Managers to develop content
  • Ability to manage projects end to end from concept to implementation
  • Self motivated with a bias for action
  • Positive, can do attitude
  • Knowledge of email acquisition and digital marketing best practices
  • Extremely proactive, and adaptable to a fluid environment
  • Track record of producing a high volume of content and thrives in a fast-moving high growth environment

Responsibilities

  • Develop B2C content for email and direct mail growth marketing campaigns to drive member enrollments, collaborating with the Bloom Marketing team and Design
  • Evolve our brand positioning and brand voice based on customer research and data to make it the most loved womenโ€™s health brand
  • Develop new content to test and optimize performance across channels (e.g., subject lines, email and direct mail content, landing pages)
  • Execute thematic campaigns, webinars, and guide social media content, as well as member and B2B newsletters
  • Manage our brand campaigns and assets including member testimonial videos, product videos and photoshoot
  • Create 2025 marketing thematic calendar, including key campaigns and product GTM
  • Work cross-functionally with Bloom Marketing, Internal Design team, Marketing Operations, Growth Marketing, Brand Marketing, Bloom Clinical and Operations teams
  • Ensure flawless campaign execution, adhering to Swordโ€™s rigorous standards

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the health/wellness industry a plus
  • Brand management or product marketing experience a plus
  • Deep passion for improving womenโ€™s health
  • Experience developing a brand and brand voice from scratch that has become known
  • Deep positioning work
  • Experience with market research and customer interviews
  • Experience producing video content and working with video editors
  • Experience developing Webinar content and impactful presentations
