Requirements

  • A creative and strategic storyteller capable of connecting the dots and tying their action to overall company goals
  • Ability to translate complex information into a clear and effective story
  • Proven experience as a content manager and brand copywriter
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Experience managing content across various platforms, including blogs, social media, webinars, and podcasts
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical skills to measure content performance and optimize strategies
  • Experience managing and working with freelance writers and external agencies
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices
  • Self-motivated and extremely resourceful in driving projects forward
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability in delivering results

Responsibilities

  • Write, edit, review, and optimize all written communication for the Vitable brand including website, social media posts, sales collateral, blogs, whitepapers, case studies, products, customer-facing assets, emails, and newsletters
  • Ensure all copies align with Vitable's brand voice and messaging, and are consistent across channels
  • Collaborate with the design team to create cohesive marketing assets
  • Develop and manage content across various platforms, including webinars, podcasts, blogs, whitepapers, events, email campaigns, and social media
  • Oversee the editorial calendar to ensure timely delivery of content
  • Manage a team of freelance writers and external agencies to produce high-quality content
  • Monitor and analyze content performance to optimize and improve content
  • Own the creation and execution of content strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation
  • Work closely with the member marketing team to build a series of content that drives customer engagement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer success, to ensure that content drives organic leads and brand awareness
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to improve Vitable's content strategy continuously
