Compensation ranges from $1,500 to $2,500 per month, and the position is for an independent contractor working remotely.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or a similar creative role
  • Strong portfolio that highlights experience in graphic design, video production, and use of tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Ability to create or oversee the creation of diverse content formats, including infographics, videos, and interactive media
  • Familiarity with AI-powered content planning, writing, and analytics tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Claude)
  • Understanding of SEM and how content integrates with paid search strategies
  • Skills in using analytics platforms and tracking metrics like traffic, engagement, conversions, and ROI (GA4, HubSpot)
  • Strong English speaking skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven

Responsibilities

  • Design and produce engaging content across various formats β€” including infographics, short videos, and interactive media β€” aligned with Toma’s brand and messaging
  • Use tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite to create high-quality visual assets for web, social, and paid media
  • Leverage tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, and Claude for content ideation, copywriting, and planning workflows
  • Collaborate with marketing to ensure content supports paid search and SEM strategies effectively
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (traffic, engagement, conversions, ROI) using platforms such as GA4 and HubSpot; use insights to guide content improvements
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and storytelling

Experience creating product video content for SaaS companies is a strong differential
