Elevate HitPay's brand voice and narrative by crafting and executing a full-funnel content strategy. Collaborate with sales, product, and growth teams to create engaging content across various channels. You will own the content calendar, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content. This high-impact role requires a creative storyteller with strong writing skills and experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or payments. Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in content marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS, fintech, or payments
  • A creative storyteller with a strong portfolio of written work (send samples!)
  • Solid understanding of product marketing fundamentals
  • Ability to simplify complex topics and write for SMB audiences in a clear, engaging way
  • Collaborative and comfortable working cross-functionally with sales, product, design, and leadership
  • Working knowledge of SEO best practices and performance tracking tools (e.g., GA, Ahrefs)
  • Passion for small business, fintech, and innovation in APAC

Responsibilities

  • Craft and execute a full-funnel content strategy that highlights HitPay’s products and value to SMBs
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to translate product features, roadmaps, and customer pain points into blog posts, landing pages, scripts, case studies, sales enablement materials, and more
  • Elevate the HitPay brand voice across all touchpoints—from blog and website to pitch decks, ads, and social
  • Own the content calendar and ensure timely delivery of high-quality content across formats and channels
  • Drive creative storytelling by capturing real merchant stories and showcasing how HitPay helps them grow
  • Localize and adapt messaging for regional nuances across Southeast Asia
  • Experiment with new formats (short-form, video scripts, explainers, memes, etc.) and distribution tactics
  • Measure and optimize performance, using SEO, analytics, and feedback loops to inform future content

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with ecommerce, point-of-sale systems, or payment acceptance tools
