Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in content marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS, fintech, or payments
- A creative storyteller with a strong portfolio of written work (send samples!)
- Solid understanding of product marketing fundamentals
- Ability to simplify complex topics and write for SMB audiences in a clear, engaging way
- Collaborative and comfortable working cross-functionally with sales, product, design, and leadership
- Working knowledge of SEO best practices and performance tracking tools (e.g., GA, Ahrefs)
- Passion for small business, fintech, and innovation in APAC
Responsibilities
- Craft and execute a full-funnel content strategy that highlights HitPay’s products and value to SMBs
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to translate product features, roadmaps, and customer pain points into blog posts, landing pages, scripts, case studies, sales enablement materials, and more
- Elevate the HitPay brand voice across all touchpoints—from blog and website to pitch decks, ads, and social
- Own the content calendar and ensure timely delivery of high-quality content across formats and channels
- Drive creative storytelling by capturing real merchant stories and showcasing how HitPay helps them grow
- Localize and adapt messaging for regional nuances across Southeast Asia
- Experiment with new formats (short-form, video scripts, explainers, memes, etc.) and distribution tactics
- Measure and optimize performance, using SEO, analytics, and feedback loops to inform future content
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with ecommerce, point-of-sale systems, or payment acceptance tools
