Remote Content Marketer

Summary

Join Action Business Coaching, Inc., a company dedicated to helping mid-market business owners and executives grow their companies. As a Content Marketer, you will create and repurpose content, manage email marketing, create video content, use data to improve content performance, promote key offerings, and increase engagement on social media platforms. This is a full-time remote role with flexible scheduling.

Requirements

• Love writing and have a journalistic style, with the ability to adapt your style to our brand/personality
• Know HubSpot, and have a knack for using AI tools effectively without losing authenticity
• Can navigate WordPress for basic updates
• Great at connecting with people, understanding what makes them tick, and making people feel at ease
• Basic graphic design and video editing skills (Canva, Instagram, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Write and edit blogs, guest posts, and repurpose existing content
• Manage email marketing and HubSpot for nurturing our database
• Create basic video content for Reels and other platforms
• Use data and analytics to improve content performance
• Promote key offerings like coaching, training, and strategic planning
• Increase engagement on LinkedIn and other social media platforms

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with professional video editing tools
• Expertise in YouTube optimization
• PR experience - securing guest posts, podcast appearances, speaking engagements

Benefits

• Salary: $2000 - $3,000 per month*
• Full-time: (32 to 40 hours per week), Fully remote role
• Paid Time Off: 20 paid days off to use at your discretion (Plus Jan 1st)
