Summary

Join Graylog as their Content Marketing Director and lead content strategy, customer storytelling, and engagement with partners and industry leaders. This role blends content, customer, and partner marketing, shaping Graylog's narrative and supporting sales and partner enablement. You will own the storytelling that shapes how customers and partners engage with Graylog. This high-impact position requires extensive experience in content marketing within cybersecurity, SIEM, or security operations. The role is based anywhere in the US and reports to the Chief Marketing Officer. Graylog offers a remote-friendly work environment and a growth-oriented culture.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in Content Marketing, Customer Marketing, Partner Marketing, or Product Marketing- preferably in cybersecurity, SIEM, or security operations
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into engaging, digestible content for different audiences
  • Hands-on experience with creating product videos, customer stories, and enablement materials
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, and partner teams
  • Engaging storytelling, writing, and project management skills in a fast-moving environment
  • Strong desire to operate both strategically and hands-on, get things done

Responsibilities

  • Develop and put into effect a content strategy that supports sales, marketing, and customer education
  • Create technical yet engaging content tailored for different personas, industries, and buying stages
  • Lead the development of thought leadership content focused on cybersecurity trends and best practices
  • Produce case studies, and customer stories, and use case-driven content that highlights real-world success
  • Develop buyersโ€™ guides, TCO calculators, and product positioning assets to aid the buyer journey
  • Create compelling product-focused content that demonstrates Graylogโ€™s value for different use cases
  • Develop product demo videos, solution overviews, and interactive walkthroughs- highlighting key features and benefits
  • Partner with internal SMEs to translate technical capabilities into clear, concise messaging for prospects and customers, partnering with the Director of Product Marketing, Director of Technical Marketing, and VP of Product Management
  • Strengthen relationships with strategic partners (AWS, TruKnow, SocPrime, Bitdefender) by developing co-branded content and marketing initiatives
  • Support partner enablement with join collateral, integration guides, and solution messaging
  • Maintain, optimize, and promote AWS Marketplace listings to increase visibility and engagement
  • Leverage AWS Partner Network and other strategic programs to maximize value- including filing for MDF (Market Development Funds)
  • Own the customer story program, driving the creation of case studies, testimonials, and advocacy content
  • Work with sales and customer success to identify success stories and turn them into compelling marketing assets
  • Gather feedback from customers, prospects, and partners to identify content gaps and refine messaging

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with AWS Partner Network (APN), MDF programs, and AWS Marketplace
  • Familiarity with Allbound or similar partner enablement platforms
  • Experience working with security vendors, alliances, or thought leadership programs
