Summary

Join HackerRank's brand and corporate communications team as a strategic storyteller and high-output content leader. You will elevate HackerRank's voice in the AI conversation, building cultural relevance around the brand. Shape and execute a bold content vision, crafting narratives for various platforms. This role demands a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, works cross-functionally, and owns content creation and distribution. You'll amplify HackerRank's message through various channels, define content strategy, manage a weekly podcast/video series, and partner with other teams to align content goals. The ideal candidate possesses strong content development and strategy experience in technology, a rich portfolio of digital work, exceptional editorial judgment, and project management skills.

Requirements

  • You create modern content pieces - no boring webinars or keynotes
  • You are passionate about having an influence on the emerging technology landscape
  • You have a track record of strategy + execution
  • You bring content leadership to the table
  • At least 3 years content development and strategy experience in the field of technology, programming, tech recruiting, and/or the future of work
  • A rich portfolio of digital work, spanning large reports, white papers, corporate blogs, news/media commentary, webinars, speaking engagements, and more
  • Exceptional editorial judgment and a knack for finding and elevating a story
  • Experience building a brand voice and holding standards across the company
  • Project management experience required

Responsibilities

  • Amplify our next-gen hiring and upskilling message through landing pages, videos, and presentations
  • Define an inspiring content strategy: What we say, where we say it, and why it matters
  • Own the weekly β€œThis Week in AI” podcast/video series, from content planning to production
  • Own distribution across channelsβ€”working closely with social, growth, and influencers to amplify reach and resonance
  • Partner with the social and growth teams to align content goals with acquisition and awareness priorities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with data visualization tools a plus
  • Experience with creative/art direction a plus
  • Experience designing and/or leading training programs on technical topics a plus
