Requirements

  • Proficiency in photography and videography, including experience with DSLR cameras and lighting equipment
  • Advanced video editing skills using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent software
  • Knowledge of basic photo editing tools like Adobe Photoshop or Lightroom
  • Ability to conceptualize and execute creative ideas for multimedia content
  • Expert understanding of social media platforms, trends, and platform-specific best practices
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to project manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
  • A proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving
  • A portfolio showcasing photography and videography work is required

Responsibilities

  • Plan, shoot, and edit professional-quality photos and videos for a variety of platforms, including web, social media, and marketing campaigns
  • Capture product shots and create lifestyle content that aligns with our brand’s visual identity
  • Create, edit and produce engaging video content, including short-form and long-form videos (e.g. webinars and tutorials), optimized for different platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok
  • Incorporate graphics, text overlays, and other enhancements to create polished final products
  • Collaborate with the Content and SEO teams to develop and executive multimedia content strategies that resonate with our audience segments
  • Repurpose video and photo assets into content that supports various marketing goals (e.g., blogs, campaigns, email, social posts)
  • Ensure all visual content adheres to brand guidelines, maintaining consistency across platforms and channels
  • Work with the marketing team to conceptualize ideas for visually driven campaigns
  • Provide creative input during planning and production phases to optimize content quality and engagement

Preferred Qualifications

  • Basic writing and storytelling skills to collaborate with the content team effectively
  • Familiarity with social media content trends and platform-specific best practices
  • Experience with motion graphics or animation tools (e.g., After Effects) is a bonus
