Requirements

  • Possess strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
  • Have a comprehensive understanding of our products and their operational workflows
  • Be detail oriented, structured and organized
  • Be resourceful and adapt quickly, especially to various tools
  • Have previous experience in content writing

Responsibilities

  • Create content: research, plan, and produce source content in English for support channels like the Help Centre and agent templates. This includes understanding requests through research or meetings and determining which content updates are necessary
  • Manage localization: ensure that the content is adapted to the markets’ specificities and coordinate the localization with the local content owners
  • Implement content updates across multiple platforms and tools, such as Salesforce Service Cloud, Jira, and Google Suite

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Jira, or content localization platforms
  • Have experience working in a fast-paced, international tech environment
