Summary

We are seeking a CMO/Marketing Team Lead for Kinitex Network, a company specializing in high-efficiency cross-chain trading using ZK proofs. The ideal candidate will develop and implement a marketing strategy, manage marketing and analytical tools, analyze market trends, and lead a team. The role requires at least 4 years of marketing experience, with 1-2 years in Web3 (preferably DeFi/cross-chain), strong leadership skills, and fluency in Russian (C1 level) and English (B2 level). Remote work is possible worldwide with flexible hours.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of marketing experience
• 1-2 years of marketing experience in Web3 (preferably DeFi/cross-chain)
• High level of marketing tool proficiency and data analysis
• Strong leadership skills, presentation skills, and brand narrative formation ability
• Experience in product marketing, social networks, SEO, growth, and brand marketing

Responsibilities

• Develop marketing strategy
• Develop brand strategy
• Develop content strategy
• Manage PR relationships
• Work with marketing and analytical tools for user growth tracking
• Form a team and analyze market trends for growth opportunities
• Develop new ideas for user and partner acquisition
• Conduct marketing campaigns
