Summary

Join Twilio as a Contingent Workforce Program Specialist to manage and streamline the end-to-end processes for onboarding, offboarding, and lifecycle management of the global contingent workforce. You will utilize systems like Beeline VMS, Workday, and ServiceNow, acting as the primary point of contact for global inquiries. Collaborate with various teams, including HR, Procurement, and IT, to improve processes and adoption. Responsibilities include managing the full lifecycle of contingent workers, ensuring data integrity, documenting processes, and providing expert guidance. You will build relationships with suppliers and deliver training to team members. This remote role, based in Colombia, may require occasional travel.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of HR experience, with a proven track record of providing direct support to customers or employees
  • Proficiency working with HR or ticketing systems (e.g., Beeline VMS, Workday, ServiceNow)
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment
  • Demonstrated experience supporting or leading projects
  • Strong skills in prioritization, organization, problem-solving, collaboration, and communication
  • Proactive, solution-focused mindset with a desire for continual process improvement
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth
  • Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional stakeholder management abilities

Responsibilities

  • Utilize Beeline vendor management system (VMS), Workday, and ServiceNow to perform transactions and deliver operational support to employees and internal stakeholders
  • Own and manage the full lifecycle process for onboarding and offboarding contingent workforce resources
  • Ensure data integrity within Beeline vendor management system (VMS) and Workday by conducting regular audits and maintaining accurate workforce records
  • Document, update, and communicate core contingent workforce processes to users and cross-functional partners
  • Be a subject matter expert on contingent workforce policies and processes, providing guidance to managers and external partners
  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and company policies
  • Deliver training and ongoing support to cross-functional team members on system usage and program procedures
  • Contribute to ad hoc projects and process improvement initiatives in support of the contingent workforce program

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Workday, ServiceNow, and Vendor Management Systems
  • Experience working with external vendors
  • Knowledge of employment classifications and risks
