Summary

Requirements

  • BA/BS preferred, with a minimum of 5 years experience administering federal contracts
  • Experience with preparing, issuing, and negotiating subcontract agreements
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Adobe
  • Working knowledge of FAR
  • Experience with Cost-Plus-Fixed Fee, T&M, Fixed Price, and hybrid-type contracts
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Providing cradle-to-grave prime contract and subcontract administration primarily under federal government contracts
  • Working directly with clients, as well as ERG technical and accounting staff, to provide integrated contract and subcontract administration support
  • Ensuring compliance with contract terms and conditions
  • Preparing and developing detailed cost and pricing proposals, including profitability analysis
  • Managing the subcontractor process from issuing requests for proposals to closeout
  • Maintaining organized files, tracking spreadsheets, and responding to audit requests
  • Drafting and negotiating Subcontracts, Non-Disclosure, and Teaming Agreements
  • Implementing company purchasing system policies and procedures

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with any of the following is a plus: GSA Multiple Award Schedules (especially professional services), US EPA contracting, and/or DoD contracting
  • Commercial and state contracting experience a plus
