Requirements

  • A first experience in contract management roles
  • Familiar with a variety of the discipline's concepts, practices and procedures
  • Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
  • Performs a variety of tasks with minimal day to day supervision
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and client facing skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Right to work in the EU

Responsibilities

  • Hands-on procurement responsibility – managing the different procurement processes and dealing with vendors daily
  • Handle all contract administrative task not limited to change request, contract modification, verify all contractor invoices
  • Ensure all contracts and purchase orders are updated in record or closed out in a timely manner and in accordance with the approved contracting and procurement procedures
  • Support project team with the preparation of contract terms and conditions
  • Ensure that CP documentation is stored and archived according to the approved documentation management policy
  • Upon project completion , oversee site teams with collecting and tracking all required close out documentation- Final Account, O&Μ manuals, collect manuals, warranties etc
  • Guide Stakeholders to appropriate forms of contract for needed site services
  • Assist stakeholders in modifying contracts as needed (scopes of work, task orders, work orders, amendments, etc.)
