Contract Renewal Representative

Summary

Join AvePoint as a Maintenance Renewal Representative and ensure current customers renew their annual maintenance contracts on time. This role requires selling, value proposition transfer, organizational skills, and high customer service.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 1-2 years of experience in a related role
• Ability to understand and convey business issues and technical concepts
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Superior work ethic and a positive attitude
• Sense of urgency in a high-volume work environment
• Ability to work well independently and as a team player
• Ability to work in a flexible environment and adaptive to change

Responsibilities

• Managing sales of existing customers
• Ensuring timely renewals with existing customers
• Coordinating with sales executives on account management and potential opportunities
• Coordinating with internal (legal, accounting) and external business teams
• Diligence with forecasting and maintaining ongoing and upcoming sales
• Following up with quoted customers until renewals are closed
• Tracking cancellations and reasons for cancellations
• Maintaining knowledge of current products and pricing appropriately, to closing sales
• Identifying and transferring leads to sales departments
