Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Managing sales of existing customers
  • Ensuring timely renewals with existing customers
  • Coordinating with sales executives on account management and potential opportunities
  • Coordinating with internal (legal, accounting) and external business teams
  • Diligence with forecasting and maintaining ongoing and upcoming sales
  • Following up with quoted customers until renewals are closed
  • Tracking cancellations and reasons for cancellations
  • Maintaining knowledge of current products and pricing appropriately, to closing sales
  • Identifying and transferring leads to sales departments
