Requirements
- 3+ years of full-cycle sales recruiting experience in a corporate or agency environment
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting for US-based companies
- Fluency in English and Spanish (both written and verbal)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Proven ability to manage multiple, simultaneous recruitment projects effectively
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other social recruiting platforms
- Strong knowledge of common human resources practices, employment laws, and compliance regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders
- Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficiency with Google Apps and Microsoft Suite
Responsibilities
- Own the entire recruitment process for sales positions, from sourcing to offer presentation
- Leverage a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and direct sourcing, to identify highly qualified sales candidates
- Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit with Xometry. Utilize assessment tools and techniques to ensure optimal candidate selection
- Foster strong relationships with candidates to maintain a positive candidate experience and build a robust talent pipeline
- Partner closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their specific talent needs and provide strategic recruitment guidance
- Continuously identify opportunities to enhance our recruitment processes and contribute to the overall talent acquisition strategy
- Provide regular reports and analysis to support data-driven decision-making and inform recruitment strategies
- Collaborate effectively with other members of the recruitment team to share knowledge, best practices, and ensure a cohesive approach
