Join Xometry's dynamic Talent Acquisition team as a Contract Sales Recruiter for a 2-3 month contract! You will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting of sales talent for US and Argentinian operations. This pivotal role involves sourcing, assessing, and recruiting top-tier candidates. You will leverage various channels, conduct in-depth interviews, and build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-cycle sales recruiting experience in a corporate or agency environment
  • Proven track record of successfully recruiting for US-based companies
  • Mastery in English and Spanish (both written and verbal)
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • Proven ability to manage multiple, simultaneous recruitment projects effectively
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other social recruiting platforms
  • Strong knowledge of common human resources practices, employment laws, and compliance regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders
  • Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency with Google Apps and Microsoft Suite

Responsibilities

  • Own the entire recruitment process for sales positions, from sourcing to offer presentation
  • Leverage a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and direct sourcing, to identify highly qualified sales candidates
  • Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit with Xometry. Utilize assessment tools and techniques to ensure optimal candidate selection
  • Foster strong relationships with candidates to maintain a positive candidate experience and build a robust talent pipeline
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their specific talent needs and provide strategic recruitment guidance
  • Continuously identify opportunities to enhance our recruitment processes and contribute to the overall talent acquisition strategy
  • Provide regular reports and analysis to support data-driven decision-making and inform recruitment strategies
  • Collaborate effectively with other members of the recruitment team to share knowledge, best practices, and ensure a cohesive approach
