Summary
Join PrudentRx as a Contracts Administrator and leverage your business acumen and emotional intelligence to manage the contract lifecycle. You will be responsible for drafting, negotiating, and managing various agreements, ensuring timely contract setup and client communication. This remote position requires strong time management, excellent customer service, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, maintain contract data in various systems, and assist with resolving contract issues. The ideal candidate has 3-7 years of experience in contracts administration and a minimum of 6 months of PrudentRx experience. Requirements
- Required Must have a minimum of 6 months of PrudentRx experience
- Can not be on a corrective action or performance improvement plan
- 3-7 years of contracts administration, management, or equivalent experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Expert user of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher)
Responsibilities
- Procurement and contract management, assisting in drafting, negotiating and managing Copay Program Participation Agreement, Business Associate Agreement, Vendor Election Form, Statement of Work (SOW), and Data Release Letters
- Maintain awareness of contractual provisions and proper administration of contract specifications by monitoring them in the proper repository
- Produce, analyze, update, and summarize contract data during all stages of the contracting life cycle in Salesforce, Smartsheet, DocuSign, and all other relevant systems
- Act as liaison between external stakeholders, BPMS, individuals, and internal teams to collaborate and inform
- Administer and manage all client and contract information, including NDAs and other new partnership materials
- Ensure the timely set-up of contracts requiring signatures for both client and senior management to review and execute in DocuSign. Work with Account Managers to ensure all client information is verified prior to implementation or go-live dates
- Oversee all client actions, including contract changes, continued communication, contract updates, and client terminations
- Develop and manage updates to new and existing Stander Operating Procedures (SOP) and working guides regarding contract processes and procedures
- Assist General Counsel in drafting amendment requests, authorization letters, etc
- Identify and resolve contract issues, system issues, process needs, and provide appropriate and timely escalation of issues
- Assist the Billing department with the sending and receiving of New Client Information Packets
- Maintains a high degree of confidentiality at all times due to access to sensitive information
- Complete all necessary continued learning and training requirements per department and company needs
- Other essential duties as assigned
