Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in business, Legal Studies, or a related field
- 5 or more years of experience in government contracts management with a strong understanding of FAR regulations
- Proven track record in managing NDAs, TAs, WOs, SubKs, MSAs, JV agreements, and contract modifications
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a customer-centric mindset
- Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to think strategically
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Responsibilities
- Oversee the preparation, negotiation, and execution of Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Teaming Agreements (TAs), Work Orders (WOs), Subcontractor Agreements (SubKs), Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Joint Venture (JV) agreements, and modifications
- Draft, review, and negotiate contract terms to ensure compliance with regulations and organizational policies
- Oversee contract performance to ensure that deliverables are met on time and within budget
- Manage any changes or amendments to contracts, ensuring proper documentation and approval processes
- Maintain accurate records of contracts, modifications, and performance assessments
- Prepare reports for management and stakeholders on contract status, compliance, and performance metrics
- Serve as a liaison between government officials, contractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate effective communication
- Act as the primary point of contact for Joint Venture partners, fostering strong collaborative relationships
- Serve as a brand representative to partners, agency clients, and other stakeholders, embodying a customer-centric approach
- Provide expert guidance on best practices in contract management and compliance, proactively identifying potential risks and offering mitigation strategies
- Conduct final quality control checks on proposals before submission, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with all relevant regulations
- Assist in negotiation tactics and strategies to achieve favorable outcomes, aligning with organizational goals while minimizing risk exposure
- Address and resolve any disputes that arise during the contract lifecycle
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to support growth initiatives and ensure that delivery aligns with contractual obligations and expectations
- Cultivate a culture of urgency and attention to detail within the team, fostering a proactive and engaged work environment
- Provide training and guidance to staff on government contracting processes and compliance requirements
