Requirements

  • 3 + years' experience renewals management, contract management, or sales operations
  • Strong understanding of subscription-based business models and contract management
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Deal Hub, and Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

  • Ensure Client contract date is accurate, clean and recorded in Salesforce and all associated Renewal information is in place
  • Collaborate closely with Finance, Customer Success, and Professional Services to ensure all financial transactions are booked correctly in Salesforce
  • Partner with CRO and CCO to provide accurate Renewal Forecasting, ensuring all Renewal Opportunities are created in SFDC with accurate ARR and Close Dates
  • Ensure all client contracts are stored and archived correctly
  • Produce monthly reporting on bookings and renewal transactions
  • Build the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the function, ensuring scalability and ongoing process improvements
  • Run regular audits on historical contracts to ensure bookings and billings are accurate
  • Partner with Sales to accurately book complex transactions (downgrades, product swaps, mid term changes) in Salesforce
