Contributor Operations Analyst

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in contractor/freelancer administration, recruiting or management
• Advanced fluency with Google Sheets & Apps Script
• Advanced data analysis and data organization skills
• Experience issuing and managing employee payments
• Experience working in schools, or in an education-adjacent environment

Responsibilities

• Develop nuanced understanding of the personnel needs of individual projects & project managers
• Source writers with specific education backgrounds, as defined by our project managers
• Connect writers & project managers
• Maintain contractor informational, performance, and payments data
• Effectively communicate contractor availability and expertise areas
• Use performance data to match contractors to open work opportunities
• Ensure that the majority of available contractors have a current assignment
• Send and close out contracts
• Administer payments
• Maintain contractor budget reporting system
