Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in startups or high-growth environments
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, consolidation, and reporting standards
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and excellent attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage accounting activities for our US parent company and foreign subsidiaries, including payables, receivables and payroll
- Oversee financial reporting, including consolidated monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with relevant accounting standards for both internal management and external stakeholders
- Provide accounting guidance on key business decisions, including revenue recognition, expense capitalization, and inter-company reconciliation
- Coordinate with external tax providers to ensure timely compliance with U.S. and foreign tax filing requirements, including corporate income and sales taxes
- Maintain relationships with banks to manage cash flow, liquidity, and treasury functions
- Develop, maintain, and refine cash flow models and financial forecasts, providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making
- Oversee equity management and capitalization table administration, ensuring accurate recording and reporting of stockholder activities
Preferred Qualifications
- CPA
- Experience with multi-entity international structures
