Controller

Summary

Join a growing, profitable company as their Controller and take charge of the finance function. This remote position, open globally (with a preference for Manila), offers the opportunity to own FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, accounts payable, and financial operations. You will work directly with the President and Executive Team to drive strategic growth. The role requires strong financial expertise, including GAAP compliance and proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel. This is a chance to build and lead a finance team within a stable company with a history of success. Compensation includes a competitive salary and bonus.

Requirements

• 5+ years in finance, accounting, or audit
• Deep understanding of GAAP and financial compliance
• QuickBooks Online expertise and advanced Excel skills
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting

Responsibilities

• Own financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Manage accounts payable and oversee financial operations
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and financial best practices
• Work with QuickBooks Online and Excel for reporting and analysis
• Partner with outsourced accounting teams to ensure smooth operations
• Optimize financial processes as the company scales

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in software or tech companies is a plus
