Requirements

• Proven experience working as a CRO specialist in a B2B, with a focus on maximizing monetization and conversion rates
• Proficient in using Google Analytics, A/B testing tools (e.g., Optimizely, VWO), heatmap software (e.g., Hotjar, Crazy Egg), and session replay tools
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in extracting and interpreting complex data
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively across teams
• In-depth knowledge of UX/UI principles and best practices in web design and user experience
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English

Responsibilities

• Analyze user behavior, website performance, and conversion metrics to identify opportunities for optimization
• Develop, implement, and track a comprehensive CRO strategy to drive higher conversion rates across websites and landing pages
• Design, execute, and oversee an A/B testing strategy to optimize key website elements, including layout, messaging, forms, calls to action
• Identify and resolve barriers, including usability issues, technical glitches, or friction points in the customer journey
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams like marketing, design, development, and content to enhance user experience and drive improved conversion rates
• Take on ad-hoc responsibilities and contribute to team projects as needed to support evolving business priorities
