Requirements
- 3-4 years in demand generation, growth marketing, or digital marketing - ideally in a high-growth environment
- A track record of running A/B tests and using data to guide decision-making
- Experience executing integrated campaigns across multiple channels (paid, email, webinars, direct mail)
- Strong analytical chops - you love turning performance metrics into actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work seamlessly with internal and external partners
- A self-starter mentality - youβre proactive, curious, and excited to experiment and learn
Responsibilities
- Test & Optimize Relentlessly: Lead A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and email copy - and explore new channels - to keep conversion rates climbing
- Own Paid Media Impact: Partner with our media agency to run and optimize high-performing campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta, aligning spend with our growth targets
- Launch Integrated Campaigns: Plan and execute cross-channel B2B campaigns (webinars, email nurtures, direct mail, and more) from idea to analysis, ensuring flawless delivery and measurable ROI
- Grow Our Talent Pool: Lead B2C acquisition campaigns aimed at bringing new nurses and healthcare professionals onto the Medely platform
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work hand-in-hand with marketing, sales, and nurse acquisition teams to ensure campaigns are aligned and impactful
- Leverage Our Tech Stack: Use Marketo, Salesforce, and other tools to launch campaigns, track performance, and keep lead data clean and actionable
