Summary

Join InvoiceCloud as a Conversion Specialist I and manage, develop, and execute projects within the Implementation Department. You will analyze project changes, scope them out, identify risks, and forecast schedules. Responsibilities include working with IT and product development, documenting integration plans, forecasting completion times, and managing project plans. You will maintain communication with stakeholders and create statements of work. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 1-3+ years of experience managing SaaS projects with a focus on data conversion and system migrations. Excellent communication and technical skills are essential.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 1-3+ years of experience managing SaaS projects with a primary focus on data conversion and system migrations
  • Extensive experience managing large-scale data conversions where customers transition from one core system to another, ensuring data integrity, consistency, and compliance
  • Expertise in batch file integrations and structured data processing, including handling .txt, .csv, XML, and JSON formats for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL)
  • Proficiency in secure data exchange protocols, including SFTP, API-based transfers, and database migration techniques
  • Ability to analyze and interpret API specifications, database schemas, and file formats to facilitate seamless integration between legacy and new systems
  • Strong experience in data mapping, validation, deduplication, and transformation to ensure successful migration with minimal downtime and data loss
  • Technical troubleshooting skills to identify, debug, and resolve data inconsistencies and integration issues
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to create detailed technical documentation, present findings, and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities effectively, and lead multiple projects under strict deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Analyze the integration type and scope of work for new projects
  • Work with IT and product development to have a full understanding of the project and integration changes
  • Document integration plan and provide statement of work to biller
  • Forecast time to completion
  • Manage project plans and execute deliverables
  • Maintain communication with all stakeholders through the life of the project
  • Create and present statement of work for each project
  • Maintain an excellent relationship and open line of communication with IT, sales, billers, software partners and all members of the Operations team
  • Coordinate all activities related to bringing a project live including IT, Marketing, software and printing partners, Customer Success, Training, and the biller

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in merchant services, electronic payments, or bill pay
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Jira, and Microsoft Office
