Responsibilities
- Conduct a comprehensive gap analysis of the current digital media landscape, including social media and other online channels
- Evaluate the effectiveness of existing customer advocacy programs and identify areas for improvement
- Develop recommendations for enhancing digital media strategies and customer advocacy initiatives
- Compile findings into structured presentations and reports and communicate insights to stakeholders
- Collaborate with the Corporate Communications team to implement proposed changes and track progress
- Provide weekly progress updates to the manager to ensure alignment and track project milestones
Preferred Qualifications
Comfortable with digital media and experienced in communications/media relations
