The job is for a Corporate Counsel at Abridge, a growing healthcare AI company. Requirements

5 + years experience negotiating commercial contracts, ideally with large institutions as counterparties. Healthcare systems are a plus, though experience negotiating with government, universities, and large corporations also qualify

Responsibilities

• Be a lead negotiator representing Abridge in transactions with a wide range of customers and partners
• Coordinate and manage external counsel to resolve specialist issues and ensure fast delivery of contract reviews
• Work with our General Counsel and Chief Commercial Officer in iterating on and improving our core commercial documents and terms
