Remote Corporate Counsel

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, SaaS agreements, license agreements, and other agreements

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, revise, and negotiate domestic and international commercial contracts, channel partner contracts, SaaS agreements, contracts with public entities and governments (local, state, federal), license agreements, and professional services agreements
• Advise on privacy related matters (including state data privacy and security laws)
• Identify business and legal risks and issues and suggest practical alternatives that allow the business of the company to move forward in compliance with domestic and international laws, rules, and regulations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with privacy and data protection regulations, including state privacy laws like CPRA
• Experience working with technology companies, biotechnology companies (commercial stage), SaaS companies, and/or start-ups
