Corporate Development Analyst

Summary

Join Electric Hydrogen, a company dedicated to decarbonizing the world through renewable hydrogen production, as a Corporate Development Analyst. You will be part of a team supporting capital raising, strategic transactions, and long-term planning. Key responsibilities include assessing strategic initiatives, preparing presentations, and supporting due diligence for various transactions. This remote position, based in New York City, San Francisco, or Houston, reports to the Lead of Corporate Development. The role requires strong corporate strategy understanding and experience in preparing investor presentations. Requirements

• 2+ years of full-time experience in management consulting, corporate development, business operations, finance or related field
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field
• Expert-level MS PowerPoint and advanced level Excel experience

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed presentations and memos for internal and external use, pertaining to capital raises, other strategic transactions, and internal initiatives
• Support assessment of potential M&A and strategic partnership ideas across technology, manufacturing, operations and project development
• Support due diligence and execution processes for prospective transactions, coordinating internal and external team members and counterparties
• Analyze market trends to drive business strategy decisions, distilling findings and preparing in-depth reports

Preferred Qualifications

Strong understanding of energy transition landscape, with experience in hydrogen
