Join Electric Hydrogen, a leader in decarbonizing the world through renewable hydrogen production, as a Corporate Development Analyst. You will be a key member of the Corporate Development team, supporting capital raising, strategic transactions, and long-term planning. Responsibilities include preparing presentations, assessing strategic initiatives, supporting due diligence, and analyzing market trends. This remote position, based in New York City, San Francisco, or Houston, offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package. You will report to the Lead of Corporate Development and contribute to Electric Hydrogen's mission of delivering affordable green hydrogen to heavy industry. The ideal candidate possesses strong corporate strategy understanding and experience in preparing investor presentations.

Requirements

• 2+ years of full-time experience in management consulting, corporate development, business operations, finance or related field
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field
• Expert-level MS PowerPoint and advanced level Excel experience

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed presentations and memos for internal and external use, pertaining to capital raises, other strategic transactions, and internal initiatives
• Support assessment of potential M&A and strategic partnership ideas across technology, manufacturing, operations and project development
• Support due diligence and execution processes for prospective transactions, coordinating internal and external team members and counterparties
• Analyze market trends to drive business strategy decisions, distilling findings and preparing in-depth reports
