Requirements
- 6+ years of relevant experience as an operator or investor
- 3+ years in venture capital or corporate venture
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated experience in sourcing talent
- Experience building relationships and communicating with stakeholders across all levels and functions
Responsibilities
- Identify interesting areas for investment, develop theses, and source investment opportunities for Figma Ventures
- Evaluate new investments, owning all aspects of due diligence from initial meeting through investment memo
- Build relationships with founders (prospective and existing), serving as their primary conduit to Figma
- Operationalize Figma Ventures by building out repeatable processes around how we interact with portfolio companies and track our investments
