Corporate Development Intern

Summary

Join Precisely's Summer Internship Program, a paid, part-time, 10-week remote opportunity for undergraduate students in the US. Starting June 9th and ending August 15th, this internship offers hands-on experience in finance and tech. As a Corporate Development Intern, you will work closely with the Corporate Development team, assisting in evaluating M&A opportunities, preparing presentations, managing the M&A pipeline, and supporting due diligence processes. The program includes weekly teach-ins on financial modeling, Excel, PowerPoint, and tech industry metrics, preparing you for a finance career. This is a 100% remote position.

Requirements

• Excellent attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft office
• Strong financial background
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Assist in evaluation of M&A opportunities
• Help prepare presentations for Precisely’s management team and board
• Take ownership of the comprehensive M&A pipeline and refresh our pipeline tracking strategy
• Assist in project management of due diligence processes for any live deal(s)
• Assist in special projects and initiatives as they arise
