Remote Corporate FP&A Manager

Summary

CoreWeave is seeking a high-performing, self-sufficient FP&A Manager to join their strategic finance team. The role involves leading the annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and long-range planning processes, creating financial reports, and partnering with various teams. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in finance or related field, 7-10+ years of experience in finance or FP&A, exceptional communication skills, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, applied mathematics, economics, or other business major is required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 7-10+ year(s) of experience in a general finance or FP&A role, preferably in a technology and/or startup company

Responsibilities

• Lead, prepare and coordinate the annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and long-range strategic planning processes
• Create documentation and narrative for standard monthly and quarterly close reporting, executive financial presentations, and annual budgeting documents
• Partner with Accounting, Data & Analytics, and Corporate Development teams to enhance management reporting and tracking of operational and financial metrics
