Requirements

• 1 or more years of recruiting experience
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple client requirements simultaneously
• Willingness to learn and grow within the industry
• Ability to focus on details and understand the broad impact of inconsistencies
• Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality
• Excellent interpersonal skills and well developed verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Partner with Hiring Managers to streamline the recruiting process
• Improve the hiring experience by ensuring preparedness during the interview process and that interviews are conducted efficiently and professionally
• Provide full cycle recruiting support; sourcing, screening, interviewing, extending and negotiating offers and on-boarding new hires
• Source active and passive candidates using selective postings, boards, professional networks and other recruiting resources
• Delivering quality candidates under tight deadlines
