Requirements

  • 6+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 4 years as a full-cycle recruiter, preferably focused on corporate roles
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions while building strong candidate and stakeholder relationships
  • Advanced knowledge of corporate recruiting principles, sourcing strategies, and market dynamics
  • Track record of successfully engaging passive candidates and selling opportunities in a competitive hiring environment
  • Expertise in partnering with business leaders up to the VP level, influencing hiring decisions, and aligning hiring strategies with business goals
  • Strong data analysis skills and experience using recruiting metrics to inform decisions and improve processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Lever or similar platforms
  • Sense of urgency and competitive mindset

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for corporate roles (e.g., Finance, Marketing, HR, Operations), collaborating with hiring managers and leaders to identify and attract top talent
  • Proactively source and engage passive candidates, screen inbound applicants, and implement creative strategies to improve our recruiting processes, talent brand, and candidate experience
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers, advising on compensation recommendations, market trends, and best practices. Act as a trusted partner in hiring decisions
  • Partner with analytics to track and analyze pipeline and performance metrics. Use insights to inform recruiting strategies and share updates with internal stakeholders
  • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from first contact to successful offer negotiation and onboarding
  • Mentor peers, set high standards, and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the recruiting team
  • Stay informed on current industry trends, business dynamics, and market conditions to anticipate business needs and proactively adjust recruiting strategies
