Forter is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel, Corporate & Securities to join their fast-growing team. Candidates should have a J.D. degree, 5+ years of experience as a corporate and securities counsel with significant public company experience, and high ethical standards.

Requirements

• J.D. degree from an A.B.A. accredited law school
• Admitted and member in good standing of a state bar, preferably New York or California
• 5+ years of experience as a corporate and securities counsel with significant public company experience

Responsibilities

• Build and scale the corporate legal function
• Manage our equity program
• Drive public company readiness and other compliance efforts
• Provide legal support for corporate transactions
